How to delete your data
- Delete your whole account: sign in and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This deletes workspaces you own alone, their media, cloned voices, AI twins and consent records, and disconnects every platform.
- Disconnect one platform: Settings → Connections → Disconnect. We revoke our access where the platform allows it and delete the data we synced from it.
- From Facebook or Instagram: remove XCap under Settings → Apps and Websites. Meta tells us and we delete the data we got through that login; you get a confirmation code to check here.
- From Google / YouTube: remove access at Google security settings. We delete YouTube data we stored once we see access is gone (within 7 days).
- By email: write to legal@xcap.app from your account email. XCap will verify it's you and reply within 30 days.
